FAQ

If I don't take good care of my slimes, could they die?

Don't worry! Even if you don't take care of them for a long time, slimes won't die.

Where can I get the daily password?

Daily password is a 5-letter English word. Your slimes might know it!

How do I unlock special foods? Where can I get special foods?

To unlock special foods, you need to purchase the theme that includes them. Once unlocked, the special foods will appear in the store with a certain probability.

I attempted to grow the slime according to its growth conditions, but it didn't grow into the animal I was expecting.

Even if you meet the growth conditions, it doesn't guarantee a 100% chance of that specific animal growing.

For example, let's say the combination of "Teen Fox + Magic Candy + Meteor + Nightfall" always results in a Nine-tailed Fox. If that were the case, then a combination like "Teen Fox + Magic Candy + Meteor + Morning" would have to result in another specific animal. However, since there might not be an animal that perfectly fits this condition, it would cause an error. Due to the vast number of possible combinations, it's impossible to add an animal for each specific condition. That's why a default animal is always included in the growth process to prevent errors (an animal that fits all possible conditions).

Therefore, even if you meet the growth conditions for a specific animal, there's still a chance it will grow into one of the default animals, meaning the desired animal may not always appear.

Which food affects growth?

For a specific food to influence a slime's growth, it must be the food that the slime has eaten the most during its current stage. The food that has been consumed the most will then be reflected in the growth conditions.

For example, if a slime eats 5 meat, 4 cheese, and 3 grass during a particular growth stage, the food that will influence growth will be 'meat' since it was eaten the most.

If the slime eats 4 meat, 4 cheese, and 2 grass, one of the two foods it ate the most—either meat or cheese—will be randomly selected.

Does the weather in the mansion affect growth?

What affects growth is the overall weather. The weather in the mansion does not affect growth.

For example, even if you set the weather in mansion 1 to "cloudy," the slimes in mansion 1 will grow based on the overall weather, not the "cloudy" setting in the mansion.

Is cloud save automatic?

No, cloud save is done manually. Save your game progress to the cloud by navigating to Settings - Account - Cloud Save - Backup. You also need to restore data manually in the same way.

[iOS] Cloud save isn't working!

I’d recommend checking your settings:

  1. Go to Settings - [your name] - iCloud - iCloud Backup, and make sure "Back Up This iPhone" is turned on.

  2. Go to Settings - [your name] - iCloud - Show All, and make sure both Game Center and Boing Boing Animals are turned on.

If it still doesn't work despite completing the setup as described, please try the following steps:

  1. Settings -> [your name] -> iCloud -> Apps using iCloud then turn Game Center off and on again

  2. Settings -> Game Center -> sign out and login again (It must be the same account used for the Apple ID)
